Entrepreneur Meaning who understand problem in the organisation and find solutions. His/ Her Main motive is resolve the problem. As on date in young youth main wish to run Start up and resolve the problem globally. But 90% start up Failed within five years.
Reason for failure :
For New start up not to giving 100% effort. Every time Need not to do Hard Work,smart work also necessary. Future projection not see as on date. Not updating knowledge. Lack of focus . Firstly person constraint and giving 100% effort in his work at starting but slowly his reduce love and interest in his start up, because not happening things as per his mind. He Not getting proper Team worker.
Reason for Success:
Increase patience level. Hard working need to work daily 12 to 14 hours productive work . you cant take leave for your Birthday or special occasions . Need to learn Sacrifies. Everything is not money. spend time for social responsibilities.
Elon Musk :
He is founder of Specex , Angel Investor and product architech of Tesla, Founder of the Boring company & Etc. Specex company makes reusable rocket. His main intention to prepare reusable rocket to save energy . The Boring Company constructs safe, fast-to-dig, and low-cost transportation, utility, and freight tunnels. Tesla designs and manufactures electric vehicles, battery energy storage from home to grid-scale, solar panels and solar roof tiles, and related products and services.
He is a workaholic who works very hard at least 120 hours a week. means 17 hours per day, He is even sleeping on the floor in the factory. Excellent ability to solve problems and turn problems into solutions.
